  • Arranging meetings with clients
  • Need to work closely with the marketing team, presales, sales and implementation team for deal closure.

Profile #2: Sales Manager

We are looking for awesome people to join our thriving Sales team.  
Orisenc Technologies is one of the fastest growing Next-gen IT Infrastructure and Cloud Specialists. Looking for candidates with more than 3 years’ of sales experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects
  • Create plans for each quarter to acquire target accounts to build a qualified pipeline.
  • Pipeline management & accurate forecasting to achieve revenue targets
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Have a fair understanding/knowledge on the competition in the region & work with the vendor teams to counter them
  • Knowledge of system integrators & Regional Partners will be desirable
  • Experience in handling large complex sales, pricing, negotiations & innovative structuring of deals etc. is required.
  • Invest in colleagues and give coaching and advice when you see an opportunity for improvement


Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Over 3-6 Years of successful sales experience and a proven track record of driving business for Telco, IT software & services in the assigned region or accounts.
  • Proven Sales & Client Relationship Management skills along with strong personal skills
  • Should be a Go-Getter, have a good attitude to learn, be earnest to build a strong pipeline & be patient with long Sales Cycle.
  • Proven experience in managing and negotiating large, complex deals from start to finish & navigate through internal Orgs & the client org to get things done.
  • Ability to put up a strategy to meet the Revenue &Organizational objectives.
  • Effective communication & interpersonal skills, including virtual teaming skills
  • Be a self-starter& be self-motivated to be drive business & do what its takes to be successful.
  • Strong skills in managing CXO level relationships.
  • Knowledge in Storage, Compute, Software & Cloud Technologies is preferred.

Profile #3: Sales Coordinator

We are looking for 1-2 years of experience in Sales Coordinator (female candidates only) with good communication skills and computer skills.

Experienced Sales co-ordinators can also apply.


Responsibilities and Duties


  • Timely commercial and technical response to the sales team
  • Handling Customer Issues related to special pricing
  • Follow up with Product Team for prices
  • Prepare Proposal and send to the customer
  •  Make Performa Invoice for customer orders
  • Maintain Funnel, Stock and Achievement reports on the Daily / Weekly basis
  • Uploading SalesOrder in ERP Software and get it authorized
  • Coordinate with Purchase team for order loading and get delivery Date
  • Give a proactive update to customers on delivery & Installation
  • Follow-ups with different teams (Purchase, Billing & Delivery Team) for order execution
  • Making Delivery Challans for dispatching of Material & follow-ups of outstanding payments
  • Coordinate with Installation team to get an installation done
  • Inform Sales and Pre-sales team for Bill submission & payment process
